Job Description<\/td>When I I finally connect with the engineer via teams, we have to identified the correct switch to connect because were 3 switches and (because switches were unlabeled<\/em>) so we can find the problem
After this I connect to the switch Cisco Switch 3850 #1 via putty > console
Share my screen with the remote engineer all the time<\/em>

I reboot the switch, many times, and after this we download a cisco image and save and a usb drive, then I use this copy and install the usb drive into the switch.
We make a usb copyflash0:+name of the cisco image to reconfigured the switch.<\/em>
(Seems like the switch was configured but not saved in the flash memory, power when off and that is why did not worked)<\/em>
After this was done, I ask everyone in the office and they can access everything they need.<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
