Job Description
I arrived at the location and waited for someone to show up, but no one did. I then contacted the Madrid office; at first, they gave me the wrong number. I called again, and they told me to wait while they looked for a contact. Finally, at 8:59, I received a call from someone at Kyndryl who knew practically as little as I did and also started looking into it. Eventually, Javier Portela from Servinport provided me with a contact: Fran, the electrician in charge of the site (since the building was undergoing renovations). He said no one had notified him and he knew nothing about it; furthermore, they weren’t going to be there because the office was located within an exhibition center where a trade show was starting at 10:00. I then waited until I received confirmation that I could leave the premises.
