server smart hand support.<br>\u2022 IP phone, Video conference support, Level 1 Multifunction Printers support.<br>\u2022 Configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise and personal desktop and laptop computers, personal productivity devices, and business applications.<br>\u2022 Supporting midrange servers.<br>\u2022 Supporting network devices such as switches, routers, Wireless Aps with the help of backend team.<br>\u2022 Handing ticketing on ServiceNow system  .<br>\u2022 Troubleshooting VPN.<br>\u2022 Application-support with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.<br>\u2022 Troubleshooting MS Windows 10.<br>\u2022 Troubleshooting MS Office 365 issues for end-users.<br>\u2022 Office IT Asset Management.<br>\u2022 Coordinate external vendors when engaged for support.<br>\u2022 Work independently and coordinate inhouse IT projects.<br>\u2022 Engineer should manage most of their time around activities involving BAUs &#8211;
