Task DescriptionDuring the replacement of the outdoor photocell, the circuit boards were changed because the new ones didn’t fit. The new boards were installed directly using the UTP cable and adjusted to a distance of approximately 4.5 meters. A ladder had to be used to check the connection.
Electrical voltage problems were detected.

Task DescriptionThe wiring from the black box to the outdoor sensor was checked, it was determined that the UTP cable is too rigid for these sensors, the RJ45 plug had to be changed afterwards the counts were verified with a remote technician and very up to 5 meters

Task DescriptionI came to connect the black box, but the connector it was made for was broken. The girl at the store told me there had been moisture or water damage, so I had no other option but to connect it directly from another box, and it worked. I connected the sensors, but only the exterior one worked; the interior wasn’t lighting up. So I had to check it, and it was extremely hot and smelled like a short circuit or a burnt circuit board, with signs of dirty water dripping. It was decided that a remote technician would replace the sensor.
