Task Description	Upon arriving at the installation site, I realized that a layout plan hadn’t been prepared. The remote technician and I began planning the layout. The height for the indoor sensor is almost 8 meters, so it has to be mounted on a track for pendant lights, which is 3.60 meters high. The sensor is attached with cable ties, and the cable runs through the track to the wall on the right side. This requires 6 meters of cable, plus another 3.5 meters from the track to the wall/glass, and another 4 meters of height to the control box. The control box is located in a low access panel (photos attached). The outdoor sensor is also installed, attached to the glass with double-sided tape because it wasn’t possible to drill into any metal frame. We had to buy 6 meters of cable channel, install it, and finish the job after testing. (Affirmative from the remote technician)

Task Description	I arrived to do the uninstallation but it was closed. They didn’t open until 10:30 am. I proceeded to do it as soon as I entered, I removed the internal sensor, the black box that was on top of an emergency light and disconnected it, then the external sensor, finishing at 11:17 am and I went to the other store on Los Moros street.

Task Description	I arrived at the site at 11:30 and started the installation, but I encountered the following obstacles. First, the hole they had prepared for the box was too small, and I had to enlarge it to fit. Second, to install the outdoor sensor, I had to break a stone slab, and I didn’t have the right drill bit, so I had to go to the hardware store, and even then, it took some time. The network cable was already laid from the black box to where the outdoor sensor would go, but it didn’t have an RJ45 connector, so I had to install one. The circuit boards for the outdoor sensor were installed, and the vinyl covering for the exterior display was removed. When I finished, I waited for the remote technician to run tests and give me the OK to leave, but he didn’t answer. In the end, I had to leave because everyone went to lunch, but everything was completed.

Task Description	I arrived simply to change the TC Core box, but the first problem I encountered was the height. Even so, I was able to reach the box and disconnect it from the wiring. During the process, the cables moved, and these movements caused it to unplug from a socket further down the wiring, near a box (photo attached). This socket was 50cm deep, which I couldn’t reach because the ladder was already at its maximum height. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t reconnect it. I was going to try another connection, but there weren’t any available, and besides, I was instructed to leave it as it was because for a simple change, I had already spent an hour and a half.

Task Description	I installed an outdoor sensor, connected it to the TC Core box, and ran the wiring to the window. The bracket was installed and attached to the wall. The sensor was working perfectly; it could be seen turning on and off when people passed by. I was waiting for confirmation from the remote technician, and while I waited, the unit suddenly turned completely red and stopped flashing. I told the technician what happened, and we troubleshooted: I disconnected the black box from the power supply, pressed the reset button, adjusted the power, moved it further away from the glass, and nothing worked. In the end, everything was installed, but the photocell wasn’t working; it only showed the red light. I left the premises once the technician agreed.

Task Description	I proceeded to install the photocell, and the cable that the electrician had supposedly provided for the installation was just a decorative cable because when I pulled on it, it didn’t even measure a meter. So I had to search around and pull 5 meters of cable. I spent a lot of time trying to attach the photocell, but there was no way; it wasn’t the right length to install it properly on the glass, so I attached it with very strong double-sided tape.

Two UTP cables were prepared: one 5 meters for the outdoor unit and another 4 meters for the indoor unit. The outdoor sensor did not respond, and there were no screws available for mounting it to the concrete wall, so it was not installed.

However, after installing it and doing several tests with a remote technician (Max), the photocell didn’t work and they decided to send a new one.
