| Task Description | I installed an outdoor sensor, connected it to the TC Core box, and ran the wiring to the window. The bracket was installed and attached to the wall. The sensor was working perfectly; it could be seen turning on and off when people passed by. I was waiting for confirmation from the remote technician, and while I waited, the unit suddenly turned completely red and stopped flashing. I told the technician what happened, and we troubleshooted: I disconnected the black box from the power supply, pressed the reset button, adjusted the power, moved it further away from the glass, and nothing worked. In the end, everything was installed, but the photocell wasn’t working; it only showed the red light. I left the premises once the technician agreed. |
