| Job Description | When I I finally connect with the engineer via teams, we have to identified the correct switch to connect because were 3 switches and (because switches were unlabeled) so we can find the problem After this I connect to the switch Cisco Switch 3850 #1 via putty > console Share my screen with the remote engineer all the time I reboot the switch, many times, and after this we download a cisco image and save and a usb drive, then I use this copy and install the usb drive into the switch. We make a usb copyflash0:+name of the cisco image to reconfigured the switch. (Seems like the switch was configured but not saved in the flash memory, power when off and that is why did not worked) After this was done, I ask everyone in the office and they can access everything they need. |
