Task DescriptionWhen I got to the store the outside sensor was not working so I proceeded to remove it to put in the new one, when I put it in I realized that it was not working correctly since it was stuck in the yellow light and it did not count so I removed the plates and I realized that it was the cable that was very stressed, so I opened the plates more so that the cable would have more space and not so stressed and it worked so I closed everything and between the remote technician and I we verified that everything is working well and the work was completed.

Task DescriptionUpon arriving at the establishment, the devices were checked. Everything appeared to be functioning correctly, but remote technicians were unable to detect anything. The TCcore2 black box was located in the ceiling. The wiring was checked, and the box was reset. After two attempts, it worked.
After the remote technician’s verification and testing, the work was considered complete.
