| Task Description | Upon arriving at the facility, I opened the hatch where the black box was located and verified that it had lights, but the internal sensor wasn’t showing a green light. So, I reset the black box, and the sensor lit up, but it wasn’t detected remotely. I tried a different port, but that didn’t work either. So, I replaced the black box, and it was detected, but the sensor, although showing a green light, wasn’t detected. I connected a new sensor, and it lit up, and the remote technicians also detected it. So, I replaced the internal sensor as well. The job was only completed once I received the OK from the remote engineers, with the external and internal sensors and the TC core box functioning. |
